Welcome to the DeSoto County Tax Collector's website

It is my goal as Tax Collector to provide the citizens of Desoto County with prompt, personalized, and friendly service. The Tax Collectors office processes taxes, tags, vessel registrations, hunting & fishing and drivers licenses. Efficiency is essential in allowing us to provide you with supreme customer service and maintain fiscal accountability.

One way of being efficient is through the use of this web site. On this site, you will find information on tags, taxes, vessels hunting & fishing licenses as well as general office information. You can search and access your property tax information online as well. Tax information is displayed live from the Tax Collectors tax database, to ensure the most up to date information and paid status on properties. If you would like to pay your current year taxes, you can do that on-line as well.

I am always looking for ways to better use our web site to serve you, the citizens of Desoto County. I welcome your feedback. If you have any suggestions or comments, please let me know.

Regards,
Kathryn J. Hill C.F.C.
